How the 7-day trial works

The trial starts when you subscribe inside the app, not on this website.
For 7 days you get every feature, with nothing held back.
Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
If you do not cancel, the subscription continues at the price of the plan you picked.
One trial per store account.

Where you pay and where you cancel

iPhone and iPad.

Apple charges you through your Apple account. To cancel: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > SinExcusas > Cancel subscription.

Android.

Google charges you through your Google account. To cancel: Play Store > your profile picture > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > SinExcusas > Cancel.

Nothing is charged on this website. We do not ask for card details and we do not store payment methods. If an old page promised you could pay or cancel here, that no longer applies.

Billing questions

Can I pay on the website?

No. The subscription is bought inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. This site processes no payments.

Am I charged during the trial?

No. Cancel before the 7 days are up and there is no charge. After the trial, your store takes the first payment.

How do I cancel?

In your store settings. On iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store > Subscriptions. Deleting the app cancels nothing.

What about refunds?

The store you bought from handles them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google at play.google.com/store/account. We cannot issue them for you.

I subscribed on iPhone and now I use Android. Do I pay twice?

You do not have to. Your data syncs with your SinExcusas account, but the subscription lives in the store where you bought it and is managed from there.
